The subscription is renewable and you can cancel it no later than 2 days before the renewal.
Do we have a history of the sessions practiced
Yes, you have a history allowing you to consult the sessions performed and thus be able to consult your phenodescriptions and presophronizations.
Is it free?
When you create an account you can do 5 free sessions, you will find the introductory sessions to sophrology. This allows you to discover sophrology and if it suits you you can subscribe to have access to all the sessions and the follow-up to achieve your well-being.
Can we get personalized advice?
You have a consulting part in the application so that you can follow your progress and get to know yourself better by answering the questionnaire.
With the subscription “Grand Sage” you can contact the sophrologist up to 10 minutes per month not cumulative in order to get advice on the use of sophrology or on the therapy.
